Don't always wear Indian clothes of a set together. Mix and match so that you can have different combinations. Slap on some make-up if your clothes are pulling you down and you have nothing else to do.
Eat right for weight loss
Long working hours, Odd eating habits and travelling around the country have left with acidity problems. Do not skip meals. Cut caffeine. A glass of warm milk can do wonders for your sleep. Have meals at regular times to avoid hunger pangs at the wrong times.

Try to do something that you do all the time in a different way. Try a new kind of yoga or get a book or video with positions you haven't done before. Once every month change your hair color. Plan a new place for a long weekend. Try a food you have never eaten.
