BODY MIND AND SOUL -- PAMPER YOURSELF

  1. Sequence of complete make up

    -Wash face with cleansing milk.

    -Apply a toner.

    -Apply moisturizer.

-Start by using a little foundation so as to get a very thin layer of foundation to even out your skin color. You may even use a cover stick or concealer to conceal marks, dark circles and blemishes.

-Brush powder for the matte finish as it controls oiliness.

-Blush your cheeks, according to your face shape.

-Do up your eyes with shadow, liner, Kajal and lastly mascara.

-Finish by defining the lips with a lip pencil, lipstick and gloss.

Looking good in your photos can be easy!

    For the outdoors
Tone down your make up during day when outdoors.

Use a sheer, satin-matte foundation and top it with only a light dusting of powder.

Stick to dark brown or slate grey eyeliner instead of black which may look too harsh and accentuate with eye shadow colors that are matte or barely shimmer. Creamy lipsticks make your lips look the best when outdoors during the day.

    For the indoors
When indoors, remember, flash photography will be used.

The flash emphasizes pink skin tones so it is safer to use neutral to yellow-toned foundations. Also, there should be no line of demarcation of the foundation at the jaws, and hairline and temples as this will show in photographs.

    Face wrinkles

Eyes, mouth and nose are the well cared areas on human face.

They need to be moisturized, wrinkles generally occur due to strain, dry skin and ageing.

Take 1 tsp rice powder and add 1/2 tsp honey. This paste will smooth the lines.

Take a vitamin-E capsule, cut and open it. Add 1/2 tsp of glycerin to it.

Apply on face for 15-20 minutes and wash off.

To have visible results, any treatment for wrinkles should be done regularly.

Before washing your face rub the pulp of papaya and leave on for 1/2 hour acts as a very good toner also.
